School Structure

Distributive Leadership Model

Monroe High School's strength is its distributive leadership model. We have an active School Based Planning Team (SBPT) consisting of 5 design teams. The 15 elected members (8 teachers, 4 administrators and 3 parent representatives) serving on the SBPT make up the High Performance Management team. This Team oversees the Student Achievement, Safe & Supportive Schools, Communications & Public Engagement, and Community Services & Support Teams, each being chaired by a SBPT member.
